Fleur is a level 6 Ka Huna bodyworker, she has been training in Australia at Mette’s Institute, High Spirits. Ka Huna has ignited a flame inside her and a new way of life with the drive to share the art of Ka Huna. 

Ka Huna restores balance while promoting health and vitality.  

During the Ka Huna session tension is released, the mind is calmed bringing fresh oxygen to the body, aiding in healing physical and emotional aches and pains, strengthening the lymphatic, immune, circulatory, digestive, and respiratory systems all with the spirit of Aloha (Love).

Fleur uses her hands and forearms in continuous, rhythmic long flowing strokes along and under the whole body, stagnant energy is shifted and moved through the body, with this nurturing massage you will feel held by Fleur and her gentle harmonious energy.  

Fleur is also trained in Polynesian floor massage which is an oil free fully clothed grounding experience supporting structural realignment and revitalized energy flow.

Fleur has also just started training in Heartworks Lomi Lomi, a heart opening massage bringing you to a state of deep relaxation, and has completed Level 1.
