SOUND PRACTITIONER
Laura combines Eastern and Western sound therapy practices, using Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and therapeutic percussion. With powerful sound intuition, honed not only through her healing work but also as a DJ, she brings a unique depth and sensitivity to every session. The method of sound bathing she offers is specifically designed to give both mind and body a deep, restorative rest.
We are so grateful to have Laura as part of The Hideout team, sharing her beautiful craft with you. During her offering at The Hideout, you’ll be invited to surrender fully to the sound, letting waves of vibration guide you into a state of profound calm and renewal.

Fleur Gilchrist
KA HUNA BODYWORKER
Fleur is a level 5 Ka Huna bodyworker, she has been training in Australia at Mette’s Institute, High Spirits. Ka Huna has ignited a flame inside her and a new way of life with the drive to share the art of Ka Huna. Ka Huna restores balance while promoting health and vitality. Fleur uses her hands and forearms in continuous, rhythmic long flowing strokes and with this nurturing massage you will feel held by Fleur and her gentle harmonious energy.

BREATHWORK PRACTITIONER
March is on a mission to make breathing practices more approachable. Given its’ beautiful simplicity and easy accessibility, being literally right underneath our nose he truly feels, from the bottom of his heart, that it has the power to dramatically change one’s state of mind and physical health if utilised properly.
March isn’t just knowledgeable; he’s an incredible guide whose calm presence and deep expertise make every session feel safe, empowering, and transformative. In his two-hour breathwork journey, he will gently lead you through practices that help melt away stress, restore balance, and leave you with a lasting sense of inner peace.

Alice Pulford
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Alice Pulford believes in the power of healing the mind, body, and soul through holistic therapy. She has years of experience, consistently evolving, learning, and expanding her practice. Alice’s treatments are unique to you and what you specifically need at the time. Nobody is the same. Naturally, I combine my practices into one with reiki, a variety of massage techniques, tuning into your energy channels, and the use of aromatherapy. Emily Rogers
ARTIST
Emily is a British painter who studied Fine Art at Leeds Arts University for three years. Eager to deepen her skills, she moved to Florence, Italy, to study at the Charles H. Cecil Studios, where she mastered the Old Masters’ ‘sight-size’ technique, a method in which the sitter is observed and painted at life scale.
Now, through her life drawing classes, Emily invites you to slow down, observe with intention, and lose yourself in the timeless craft of drawing from life.

Tallulah O’Hea
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Tallulah is a body confidence coach and an all rounded incredible woman. Tallulah has been treating clients in London for over 6 years, specialising in Deep Tissue Massage. She has an incredible intuition when working with the body and her knowledge and understanding of detecting the pain points makes the treatment extremely effective. With her massage knowledge and passion for caring for the skin, she is trained as a facialist. Offering deep cleansing and rejuvenating facials.
At The Hideout, she brings her blend of skill, intuition, and care to create treatments that leave you feeling lighter, restored, and truly at home in your body.

Lena and Freddie
THE SEAWEED PEOPLE
Lena and Freddie have previously joined in the Hideout magic, sharing their passion for seaweed through an inspiring talk and hands-on workshop. Their focus is on hand-foraged seaweed, which they transform into skincare, food, and artwork, all created from freshly harvested finds.
In their sessions, they explore the incredible health benefits of seaweed and demonstrate simple, creative ways to weave it into our diet and lifestyle.

Alice Coulson

Alice grew up in Kenya, and has been creating bespoke and exquisite culinary experiences for eight years in 5 countries, Now based in Kenya, she carefully puts together menus that have the lodge’s style, budget and clientele in mind. Alice believes in the future of food, and is an advocate for creating a sustainable food system that benefits both people and planet.
Alice approaches every project with creativity and enthusiasm, and is backed by years of experience working for restaurants, catering companies, celebrities and royalty alike.

Lucy Strutt
ECSTATIC DANCE HOST
Lucy is a DJ & holistic therapist who works with the body. She is a community builder, hosting ecstatic dances, meditations, workshops and moon circles. She is passionate about reconnecting mind and body, especially after experiences with grief and trauma, and works 1-1 offering energy healing, and focalizing - a somatic trauma informed modality. Lucy is an advocate for psychedelic therapy and microdosing.
At The Hideout, Lucy creates a safe, nurturing space where you can gently reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and step into a deeper sense of wholeness. Come and dance with Lucy.

No description can truly do justice to the gift that Lindsey holds in her healing hands, or her intuitive ability to listen deeply – not just to your words, but to the subtle language of your body. An ITEC-certified holistic massage therapist with over 14 years of experience, Lindsey is dedicated to restoring balance in mind, body, and spirit.
Her approach reaches far beyond simple muscle relaxation. Through her intuitive touch, she creates a safe and nurturing space for release, renewal, and overall well-being. Every session is tailored with care, drawing on her wealth of experience, a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, and expertise in a range of massage techniques. Lindsey’s presence, empathy, and skill work in harmony to help you feel lighter, more aligned, and deeply cared for.

Steph Healy
SOUND PRACTITIONER
Steph is a qualified Sound and Gong Therapist, Gong Practitioner Tutor for the College of Sound Healing , Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Energy Healing Practitioner and Past Life Regression Therapist. After a profound experience during her first gong bath she went to study and qualify as a sound and gong practitioner in 2015. From there her journey with sound began.
Now Steph serves the people of Gwynedd and North Wales in person and online, distantly from my studio across the UK and even as far as Australia, the Middle East, America and Europe.

Bella Martin
CHEF & PHOTOGRAPHER
Bella is a producer and photographer with a long standing affinity to cooking. From pizza-throwing at festivals, to al fresco dinner experiences, to working in locally produced and seasonal restaurants, Herbs and Wild, Bella has a wide breadth of culinary experience under her belt. Inspired by our planet's earthly and seasonal delights, Bella enjoys cooking fresh and vibrant British classics with a nod to Middle Eastern cooking styles.
Bella will be helping to deliver some nourishing meals during your stay at Hideout, whilst also trying to capture magical moments with her camera!

Aimee Walker
A former restaurant Head Chef and practising artist, Aimee’s delivery is rooted in local produce and wild food that grounds you in deep nourishment. Working closely with the intentions of the retreat, Aimee is able to create a culinary experience that is wholesome and enlivening to your senses.
Since a young age she’s been fascinated with gathering herbs and produce from the areas we live and how meals made with love and affection can bring people together. It is this act of alchemy that enriches her curious nature to explore land, flavours, and storytelling through food.

Hermione O’Hea
ARTIST
Hermione paints thousands of small squares to make a painting, ties tens of thousands of threads to make a fibre artwork and designs mathematical installations with coloured cord. She can just about do it all!!! Hermione trusts most in her quiet inner voice, knowing that her best creative decisions come from within.
At The Hideout, she brings this same patience, artistry, and intuition to guide you in your own creative exploration, helping you tap into that inner voice and discover what flows from it.

Tilly Halden
CROCHET WORKSHOP HOST
Tilly is the founder and creator of Knotty Trails. She has been crocheting for about 7 years now but only in the last year created her brand ‘Knotty Trails’. Based in the city of Bristol, she has spent time creating unique designs and patterns totally from scratch and teaching beginners how to crochet. Tilly aims to keep growing her business, spreading the gift of crochet as she goes and challenging herself to create more intricate and beautiful designs to share with the world.
