About Forest Foods
Forest Foods is your true answer to natural, safe, local farm fresh produce responsibly grown for a healthier you and a healthier planet.
They are on a mission, revolutionising Kenya’s Agricultural landscape and Nurturing Planet Earth. They are pioneers, reshaping East Africa's sustainable farming future. Through their approach of Regenerative farming and scaling profitable Syntropic Agroforestry, they work with nature, not against it. They cultivate top-tier, beyond organic, nutrient-dense produce while reforesting the land, fighting climate change, and ensuring food security.
Regenerative Farming & Syntropic Agforestry
Syntropic Agroforestry mimics Natural Succession - the tendency for nature to rehabilitate land, taking it from barren to fertile and densely vegetated with a highly organised combination of fruits, nuts, vegetables, timber, and livestock in the same production area. By doing this, they stimulate biodiversity, which is vital to maintaining the soil quality responsible for nutritious food as well as preserve and recreate ecosystems that other farming methods tend to destroy.
With these practices, Forest Foods go beyond sustainable and organic to create abundance!

At Jikoni, we bring that same philosophy into the studio by creating a space where people learn, connect, and celebrate flavor. It’s more than a kitchen. It’s a creative hub where food, community, and craft come together.” Alice Coulson.
